Returns(In-Store)
Starting July 1st our Return Policy will change! Our NEW POLICY will allow you to have 14 Days to Return Items for Store Credit or Exchange ONLY! Thank you for your UNDERSTANDING! Final Sale items are not Eligible for Return/Exchange
SHIPPING
All orders received Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will ship out within 48 hours. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday and Shipped out Monday afternoon or Tuesday, this does not include USPS ship times once we drop
off your items at USPS we cannot guarantee delivery date.  Once you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped.

We offer flat rate shipping from USPS.
 
RETURNS(Online)
All returns must be shipped back to Thrive Boutique(P.O Box 611 Smithville TN 37166) or brought into our store with original packing slip. Returns must be items that are unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still attached for EXCHANGE OR RETURN(IN-STORE Credit ONLY). Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns must be received by Thrive boutique within 15 days of the date the customer receives the order. 
REMINDER Returns are Issued IN-STORE Credit Only and Final Sale Items are not eligible for Return/Exchange!
