Returns(In-Store)

Starting July 1st our Return Policy will change! Our NEW POLICY will allow you to have 14 Days to Return Items for Store Credit or Exchange ONLY! Thank you for your UNDERSTANDING! FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE!

 

RETURNS(Online)

All returns must be shipped back to Thrive Boutique (417 East Broad Street) or brought into our store with original packing slip. Returns must be items that are unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still attached for EXCHANGE OR RETURN(Store Credit ONLY). FINAL SALE Items are not eligible for Return/Exchange!! Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns must be received by Thrive boutique within 15 days of the date the customer receives the order.
